Popular Island band, Furthermore, have announced they are making a return to the music scene with their first show in six months.
Furthermore, featuring members David McGregor, 18, Wilfred Armfield, 17, and Jake Goodrum, 17, will headline the Blacksheep Bar, Ryde, on Thursday, May 11.
They will be supported by Goo Lagoon, the recording project of Fox Rawding, 18, rock duo Bluest Boy and singer-songwriter Liam Burke.
Liam, who is also organising the gig, said: “It’s great to see live music picking up again on the Isle of Wight, with young people paving the way.
“I’m so glad to be a part of it and gigs like this with up and coming local bands are helping to keep the music scene buzzing and evolving.”
Doors open at 7pm, with music from 7.30pm. Entry is £4 entry on the door.
